Join Our Ashtanga Yoga Seminars in India and Greece
Travelling with us is not about ticking sights off a list: it is about taking your practice somewhere new. Retreats, intensive workshops and teacher training, at the source of Ashtanga in India or in the light of a Greece steeped in mythology.

A day on a seminar, from dawn to dusk.
From one journey to the next the scenery changes; the day does not. The morning belongs to practice, the afternoon to the place, the evening to the group. It is this rhythm — not a sightseeing programme — that makes you come home different.
Mornings are given to Ashtanga. Everyone moves at their own pace, guided according to their level and experience: the breath, the bandhas, the vinyāsa. As in Brussels, we look for progress, not performance.
Temples, markets, the beach or monasteries: the afternoon is for discovering the region — or for doing nothing at all. The journey is built to leave that space, because that is where the morning's teaching settles.
A shared meal, a teaching, a chant. You rarely travel alone and never anonymously: after three days the group knows one another, and that is often what people talk about when they get home.
Our Ashtanga seminars in India, at the source.
The heart of our travel programme: the land where the method took shape. A shala, temples, Tamil Nadu — and the time it takes for the practice to settle. This is where we go most often, and for longest.

What people bring back from India.
Six voices of practitioners and teachers sharing, in their own way, what the Institute has brought them.
Thank you for your precious advice, your help and all your tips about India. With love.
Thank you again for your presence: your questions were infinitely precious on my own inner path.
Our Ashtanga seminars in Greece, under the gaze of Olympus.
Closer, briefer, under the gaze of the gods of Olympus. A week to taste the format without crossing a continent: same rhythm, same demands, a different setting.

I feel my body being reborn.
As if I were in a thick jelly,
searching for the movement to break free.
I grow stronger in the pain of breaking from the old.
It is not a pain of tears,
but a pain of patience.
In this "soma" I die and am reborn.
It does not surprise me.
I am not afraid.
Freedom.
I wanted to tell you that the week I spent in Athens in October was one of my most beautiful weeks of 2025. Your teaching and the practice made my back and knee pain disappear — I felt less old, less broken.
Clear, simple, no surprises.

Your questions about our seminars.
Honest answers to the questions that come up before leaving.
What level do I need to join a retreat?
Regular practice is recommended to make the most of the immersion, but the guidance is always tailored to you. The stays in India suit practitioners who want to live Ashtanga close to its source; the Athens retreat also welcomes motivated beginners.
What does the price include?
The practice programme and the teaching. Travel, accommodation and meals are separate — they are detailed on the rates page and confirmed when you register.
How do I register?
Through the “Take part” button on each retreat: your request goes straight to the organiser of the stay, who will guide you from there.
How is the trip organised?
Dates, accommodation and formalities are confirmed when you register. Our articles “Preparing your trip”, “Where to stay” and “On the ground” already answer many questions.
A seminar means moving your practice.
Away from the everyday, the practice deepens: Mysore in the morning, study and transmission the rest of the time, in the heart of a living culture — at the source of Ashtanga in India or in the light of Greece. You don't go as a tourist: you let yourself be transformed, one breath after another, guided. Ready to try the experience? We'll help you prepare your departure.
