Ashtanga Yoga class rates

All the Institute’s rates for the 2026-2027 season, September to September. No minimum commitment: come for a single class, on a card, or by the year — and change along the way.

What are you looking for? Your first class · Carrying on: cards and subscriptions · Workshops abroad · The teacher training

Your first class

€30, one and a half hours, no commitment and nothing to prepare. You come, you practise, we talk afterwards.

The membership card (€30) is your insurance during practice. It is only due if you decide to continue — not on the first day. In other words: trying a class costs €30, and nothing else.

  • Trial or single class — €30
    1 hr 30
  • Private class — €100
    1 hr, by appointment

Preparing your first visit — what to bring, how a class unfolds, where to park.

If you continue

Two ways to practise regularly. A card if your rhythm may vary, a subscription once it has settled.

Cards, valid for three months

  • 10 classes — €190
    €19 per class
  • 24 classes — €340
    €14.17 per class
  • 36 classes — €450
    €12.50 per class

They are calibrated on three months of practice: 24 classes is twice a week for three months; 36 classes is three times a week. Buying larger than your actual rhythm means paying for classes you will not take.

Subscriptions, September to September

  • 1 class a week — €670
  • 2 classes a week — €1,200
  • 3 classes a week — €1,600

And over three months, what does it come to?

That is the real question when you are hesitating. Here are the three cases, worked out:

  • Once a week — about 12 classes in three months. A card of 10 (€190) nearly covers it. Over a full year, the €670 subscription costs less than four cards of 10 (€760).
  • Twice a week — 24 classes in three months. The card of 24 (€340) covers exactly that period. Over a year, €1,200 against €1,360 in cards.
  • Three times a week — 36 classes in three months. The card of 36 (€450) covers exactly that period. Over a year, €1,600 against €1,800.

In short: the subscription always works out cheaper if the rhythm holds all year. The card commits you to nothing. Starting with a card of 10 and moving to a subscription the following year is a perfectly ordinary path.

Intensive mornings

From September to June, Saturday and Sunday mornings. Three hours of practice, open to all.

  • 1 morning — €65
    3 hrs
  • 2 mornings — €120
    same weekend
  • 3 mornings — €180
    same weekend
  • 10 mornings — €560

Practice is built day after day.

Ashtanga is transmitted through regularity: you come, roll out your mat, progress at your own pace, each posture adjusted individually — even in a group class. Beginner or experienced, there is a place for you.
