vinyasa Ashtanga Yoga

Yoga ” the rhythm, the way towards the plenitude “…

” Oh yogi, do not practice Yoga without vinyasa… ”
Vāmana
Ṛṣi (devanāgarī : वामन ऋष ), Yoga Korunta

Life is rhythm, cosmic rhythm of stars and planets in the sky, the rhythm of the seasons, the rhythm of the moon and the tides, the biorhythm of the breath, the brain, the heart… Not so long ago man lived in accordance with the various rhythms of nature and his own biorhythms.

Due to our so-called modern scientific and technical civilization, we are taken away from our own biorhythms, and from the rhythms of nature.

Find the right direction, the good rhythm, find the harmony with ourself and with what surrounds us, the others and the cosmos, that is towards what Yoga urges us, to enter the dance of Life, to find Eternity.

In the practice of Ashtanga yoga, every day in the sādhana, invariably we practice the same series of postures, we enter in a cyclic time, but in this time cyclic (Yoga mālā), there is no repetition, is never the same thing, the same experience. In rhythmic time, time is going on, but does not repeat…, there is simply the presence of the moment, the here and now, present in our hearts, our breath and our body, the time non-dual “advaita” (Devanagari: अद्वैत).
