The Ashtanga Yoga teacher training led by Jean-Claude Garnier runs from September 2026 to June 2029, in Uccle (Brussels). A three-year path, open both to those who wish to teach and to those who simply want to deepen their own practice.
Who is this training for?
It is intended for people who have been practising Ashtanga Yoga for at least two years. You do not need to want to become a teacher to follow this course: it is open to anyone wishing to deepen their personal path.
The teaching
Beyond his mastery of Ashtanga, Jean-Claude Garnier’s background draws on many disciplines: general and cranial osteopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture and psychotherapy. His teaching is the living link between all of them.
