Ingredients :
- Spinach
- Cinnamon, 3 sticks

- Butter
- Oil
- 1 onion

- Mustard seeds
Preparation :
- Boil spinach in hot water with cinnamon sticks
- Heat a little oil and butter in a frying pan, and add in order :
