Ingredients :
- One onion
- One potato
- One carrot
- 5 to 6 green beans
- Peas (a good handful)
- Chilli
- 2 or 3 fresh tomatoes
- Coriander (a good handful)
- Fresh mint (a good handful)
- Cloves (+/-12)
- Cardamom (3)
- Cinnamon in pieces
- Laurel leaves
- ½ «Biryani masala» packet {brand: Aachi}
- ½ packet of “ginere garlic paste” {Aachi}
- 2 cups of biryani rice
- 4 cups of water
- Salt
- A pressure saucepan
Preparation :
Cut all the vegetables into small cubes, remove the mint leaves from the twigs (not cut), chop the Coriander into small pieces
- Heat oil in pressure Pan + / _ 1 minute then put in order stirring in, all the time :
- Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Laurel leaves.
- Onion and chilli
- Ginger paste and garlic
- Tomatoes
- Boil while stirring for 2 minutes then add in order
- Cut coriander and mint leaves
- All vegetables diced
- 4 glasses of water
- 2 glasses of washed rice
- Salt
- ½ packet of biryani masala
- Cook until the pressure saucepan whistles, turn off the gas, wait for the pan to cool down and serve
