A garden hotel by a sculptor
The owner of the Pallava Dynasty Comfort Cottages first ran a granite sculpture workshop, then opened a fine shop on Mahābalipuram’s main street — showing his own work and the best pieces of friends (granite, marble, copper and bronze). A few years ago he created this welcoming hotel, ideally set in a quiet spot close to the beach (a few steps away). The elegant buildings stand in a beautiful tropical garden, an ocean of greenery — comfort, cleanliness, and a smiling, competent staff. Here your mind and soul will feel serene.
