This course is intended for anyone who wants to re/make contact with his body through the practice of classical Hatha Yoga. The ancient Yoga approach allows everyone to regenerate his body, to develop his physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
Through this practice, reviewed by Doctor Swami Sivananda, we maintain our whole physiological equipment in good working order. Your joints will gradually find their natural flexibility; you will strengthen the flexibility and tonicity of your muscles. By controlling your breath, you will learn to calm yourself and relax your body, which will allow physical and psychic relaxation through a constant conscious movement from the body to the psyche and from the psyche to the body. This work is the best remedy for hyper-tension-contraction, responsible for many sensations of pain and ill-being.
Postures and movements according to the Sivananda methodology are always carried out with great slowness, in a constant search for balance with a maximum economy of muscle strength.
Breathing is the fundamental basis of this work, a royal route to the inside of yourself.
The Hatha-Yoga Sivananda session always ends with a relaxation that brings a deep feeling of relaxation, rest and well being of the body, the heart and the soul.
