{"id":968,"date":"2014-12-28T07:40:51","date_gmt":"2014-12-28T06:40:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/yoga-ashtanga.net\/en\/?p=968"},"modified":"2016-03-02T14:41:05","modified_gmt":"2016-03-02T13:41:05","slug":"vegetable-upuma-for-2-people","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yoga-ashtanga.net\/en\/vegetable-upuma-for-2-people\/","title":{"rendered":"Vegetable Upuma (for 2 people)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tomato<\/li>\n<li>1 onion<\/li>\n<li>1 carrot<\/li>\n<li>1 potato<\/li>\n<li>5 to 6 green beans<\/li>\n<li>Green peas<\/li>\n<li>Dal, 1 hand full<\/li>\n<li>1 Green Chilli<\/li>\n<li>Curry leaves<\/li>\n<li>Fresh Coriander<\/li>\n<li>250 gr roasted Rava (powder)<\/li>\n<li>Sunflower oil (vanaspati oil)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparation :<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 cut the vegetables into small cubes<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Put in a saucepan cold-water onion, carrot, beans, potato, and peas.<\/li>\n<li>Bring to a boil and Cook for +\/-10 minutes (1\/2 of cooking time)<\/li>\n<li>In a frying pan, heat the roasted rava without any fat<\/li>\n<li>Put the oil to heat in another saucepan then add in order :<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Mustard seeds<\/li>\n<li>Curry leaves<\/li>\n<li>Dal<\/li>\n<li>Onion<\/li>\n<li>Chilli<\/li>\n<li>Tomato<\/li>\n<li>Vegetables that have been cooked<\/li>\n<li>3 glasses of water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6. \u00a0boil all for 5 minutes<br \/>\n7. \u00a0Add the roasted rava gently stirring<br \/>\n8. \u00a0Add fresh coriander<br \/>\n9. \u00a0Book to boil<br \/>\n10. Stir in the oil (vanaspati)<br \/>\n11.
