{"id":951,"date":"2014-12-30T14:44:39","date_gmt":"2014-12-30T13:44:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/yoga-ashtanga.net\/en\/?p=951"},"modified":"2016-03-02T14:11:13","modified_gmt":"2016-03-02T13:11:13","slug":"lemon-rice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yoga-ashtanga.net\/en\/lemon-rice\/","title":{"rendered":"LEMON RICE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Pressure pot<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients :<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rice (Well washed), 2 glasses<\/li>\n<li>Water, 3 cups<\/li>\n<li>1 lemon<\/li>\n<li>Dal, one handful<\/li>\n<li>Blackgram, one handful<\/li>\n<li>3 dried chilli (red) open them<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon turmeric<\/li>\n<li>Mustard seeds<\/li>\n<li>Curry leaves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparation :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Put water and rice in pressure saucepan, cook until you hear a whistling sound, turn off and leave.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Roll the lemon on a hard surface to &#8220;get the juice&#8221;, cut it in half and press, collect the juice in a bowl.
