At first, we see the postural learning with a simple chain\/sequence. A yogi will know the true joy of the yoga practice .<\/em> <em>.<\/em> <em>.Viny<\/em><em>\u0101sa Krama yoga strictly follows the most complete<br \/>\ndefinition of classical yoga \u00bb.<\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong><em>Srivatsa Ramaswami<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>There are two important factors.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>All the postures <strong>(\u0101sana)<\/strong> are in an unchangeable order.<\/li>\n<li>As beautifully taught by <strong>Sri K. Pattabhi Jois<\/strong>, there are a precise number of synchronised breathing and movement transitions that connect each position (\u0101sana).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The process of <strong>Viny\u0101sa Krama<\/strong> produces an intense internal heat (tapas) that allows purification, and elimination of toxins in the muscles, the organs and the mind.
