{"id":1016,"date":"2014-12-28T07:59:58","date_gmt":"2014-12-28T06:59:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/yoga-ashtanga.net\/en\/?p=1016"},"modified":"2015-11-08T11:34:01","modified_gmt":"2015-11-08T10:34:01","slug":"pasta-avocado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yoga-ashtanga.net\/en\/pasta-avocado\/","title":{"rendered":"Pasta Avocado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients for 4 portions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 gr whole-wheat penne<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd red chilli<\/li>\n<li>3 ripe avocados<\/li>\n<li>25 grams chopped pine kernels<\/li>\n<li>2 limes<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup fresh basil finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon fresh grated garlic<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00bc cup Fresh parsley finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; pepper and olive oil<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a large pot put some water, salt and olive oil and bring to the boil. Cook the pasta until it\u2019s \u2018all dente\u2019. Drain the pasta and reserve half a cup of the pasta water.<\/p>\n<p>While the pasta is being cooked put 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a pan and slightly saut\u00e9 the garlic, chilli and pine kernels and then move them in a large bowl. Add the lime juice, avocado cut into cubes, basil and parsley and mix well. Add the reserved pasta water and 4 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well.
