yes breathing technique used in some Yogas, it is also called “the ocean breath”. The diaphragm controls the length and speed of respiration, the inhalations and exhalations having the same duration. Prāṇāyāma breathing techniques are therefore intended to improve the quality of the inhalation and exhalation because breathing involves all systems that support the life of a living being.
