Aruṇāćala

the sacred hill of Aruṇāćala is considered to be one of the five saivite shrines in the South of the India. Located in Tamil Nadu at Tiruvannāmalai. It is at the foot of this sacred hill that is the ashram of Sri Ramana Maharshi, who is considered one of the greatest traditional elders of the India of the 20th century.
